Hi, I'm Dr Masi.

I am a medically trained Doctor with 18 years of experience in healthcare and 6+ years as a Busy Mum of two. Aaah, the challenges of managing medical school and a campus social life are nothing compared to being a Busy Mum and trying to actually drink a cup of tea that's still warm. Some days are still like that, but most days now, I get to spend more me-time and enjoy family time even more.

Despite a wealth of medical knowledge, it was through my own struggles that I finally learned what I considered "normal" was actually an unhealthy lifestyle for me and affected my family too.

My purpose is to elevate every woman's self-worth through health. That is why I help the busy woman decrease stress and increase happiness so she can live a healthy, balanced, sustainable lifestyle for herself and her family.

How much does it cost?

The Busy Mum’s Healthy Lifestyle Check-in has enormous value and the potential to change your life for the better, but you need to be willing to take action for yourself.

How do I know it's for me?

If you are a Mum who is looking for a practical, long-term solution, not a quick fix, to improve her health, fitness and overall wellness, this is for you.

However, you need to be willing to invest time in yourself and take action. This is not a sacrifice. It is a gift of appreciation for yourself.

Does it matter if I have a personal trainer/dietician/doctor or I am a member of another health program?

It depends on the level of support you have for lifestyle changes you already have in place. The Busy Mum's Healthy Lifestyle Check-in is designed to complement, not replace, an existing program if that is already working for you and covering the other healthy lifestyle components. We at HERSELF HEALTH believe the foundation of a healthy lifestyle includes addressing all 5 pillars, which are the foundation of your well-being, and these are physical activity, mental activity, sleep, nutrition and social connection.

You can book a discovery call to find out if The Busy Mum's Healthy Lifestyle Check-in can complement other programs you may already have in place and that may be working for you.

When can I get started?

After you click 'Check-in' (Sign -up) to the program you can book the program online. We will be in touch to arrange for your first consultation, as soon as you can accommodate it.  Depending on your time zone, we recommend taking fast action and booking within 72 hours.

How much time do I need to allocate to the program?

It's totally up to you, but "Life happens" so it also depends on your unique circumstances. The program is a combination of :

  • Consultation (contact-time) with myself, Dr Masi (the Sports, Exercise & Lifestyle Medicine Doctor) AND
  • Daily practice (activities) you need to do. We recommend investing about 30 minutes/day to work on your goals.

The 6 recommended consultations (3.5 hours total time) are, ideally, set at 2 weekly intervals and spread over the 10 weeks. They are structured to occur via virtual (video)-consultation for convenience and to save on travel time. The initial consultation is the longest and runs up to 1 hour. During this time, Dr Masi will have the privilege of getting to know more about you - your background, current circumstances, wishes, challenges and goals. The subsequent 5 consultations are up to 30 minutes in duration. There is also the bonus option of a further 4 shorter consultations of up to 15 minutes if needed.

Alternatively, you can take advantage of the 6 consultations at time intervals that suit you over the 10 weeks from your initial consultation. At the end of the 10 weeks, you will forfeit any unused consultation sessions but are welcome to purchase each session individually at the going rate.

Is there a refund?

The Busy Mum's Healthy Lifestyle Check-in has a no-refund policy. This is to ensure that you are 100% committed to yourself and implement all the agreed plans and recommendations as instructed.

Does my location matter?

No.  Consultations are structured for Virtual (video-conferencing). However, if you live locally or are visiting Sydney, there is the option of taking advantage of some in-person consultations.

Can I join the program at any time?

Absolutely, and now is always the perfect time!
